Fortnite is one of the most popular games around the world. A lot of gamers are ardent fans of the renowned battle royale game and the developers constantly make efforts to upgrade the game to keep the fans engaged. The developer, Epic Games recently released the game’s latest update 16.50.
Just like every update, this 16.50 update aims at making the gameplay more exquisite for the players. Below are some of the patch notes from the 16.50 update.
The 16.50 update officially brings the much-awaited XL islands template into the game. The four new XL include XL Flat Grid Island, XL Archipelago Island, Mountain Ridge Island and the Mountain Ridge Island Empty. The template gives players around 16x space to build like the original islands. Additionally, the new Spatial Thermometer enables players to make the best use of the space.
Since the space has increased, players will need more channels to operate conflicts, campaigns and contraptions. Consequently, the latest update in Fortnite has pushed the channel limit to 200 from 150.
The devices which have the team settings in place, can now support up to 50 teams at a time. This will allow for properly constructed large scale trio, duo and free-for-all matches.
The conditional buttons include significant updates. The buttons allow users to handle multiple items and custom stack sizes. There are updates for the easy usability as well.
Apart from this, the new update also brings numerous fixes in the game play. These fixes include island fixes, user interface (UI) fixes, prefab and gallery fixes, tools fixes, devices and consumable fixes among others.
