Triton Poker Vietnam 2023 recently concluded at Hoiana Resort and Golf, Vietnam. As always, being a Triton Poker Series, the edition was a huge success. The edition crowned new winners, and high-stakes pros made a mark at the series. Here’s a quick report card of what the edition looked like.

The Triton Poker Vietnam 2023 series featured an impressive line-up of 13 events on the schedule, which ran between 1st March to 13th March 2023. The buy-ins at this series range between $15,000 to $100,000.

Jason Koon Breaking Records

Jason Koon broke records by clinching his fifth Triton Poker title, the highest by any player, at the 50K NLH Turbo event. With this victory, he also became the player with the highest number of cashes, i.e., 26 at Triton Poker, with his $574,000 top finish. Know More about it here.

Talal Shakerchi Winning The NLH Main Event

British player Talal Shakerchi took down the coveted Main Event of Triton Poker Vietnam 2023 for $3,250,000. With this win, the businessman and poker player recorded the first Triton Poker title of his career.

Aaron Zang Winning The Short Deck Main Event

Chinese businessman and poker player Aaron Zang took down the second Triton Poker title of his career by shipping the Short Deck Main Event. For this, he pocketed a handsome $1,544,000

Indian player Santhosh Suvarna Makes a splash

The only Indian player playing at the Triton Vietnam 2023, Santhosh Suvarna, made headlines by making it to the final table of Event #7: 75K NLH 8-Handed and finishing fourth. For this fourth-place finish, he grabbed his career-best cash of $628,000. Know more about it here.

Overall, Triton Poker Vietnam 2023 was a grand success. Meanwhile, the series also announced its line-up for the year. Triton Poker SHRS will be held in North Cyprus in May, followed by London in August
