Just three minutes before the break, Anant Purohit was involved in an interesting hand. While we didn’t see the hole cards open up, it was a good take down for the Gutshot sponsored pro. On Table 5 at Level 3 (Blinds 200/300, ante 300), preflop saw Himanshu Chhikara bet 1,300 which found a caller in Ankit Jajodia. Purohit decides to be aggressive, throwing in 4,000 chips into the pot which led to Chhikara folding and Jajodia flat calls. On the flop, Purohit who is a poker veteran again bet 2,500 which got called by Jajodia. On the turn Purohit decides to slow down and check while Jajodia now becomes the aggressor and bets 5,500 (talk about role reversal!). Purohit, it seems, was waiting for this move and snap moves all-in with 20,700. And this raise was hard for Jajodia to digest and quietly gave up his hand.
