Sunday Roundup: Kripalani triumphs Game Changer for INR 40 Lakh!

In today’s Sunday Roundup, we will take you all the from Spartan Poker to PokerBaazi and Adda52 to PokerStars India. So, let’s unveil the champions of last night!

Sunday SuperStack

The biggest event on Spartan Poker i.e. INR 35 Lakh GTD Sunday SuperStack was hosted last night. The tourney drew 804 entries, smashing the advertised guarantee and generating INR 40.20 Lakh worth prize pool. The money bubble busted with the top 79 players locking at least INR 13K in min-cash. Racing ahead of the field was ‘RoyalBlush’ who pocketed the first prize after defeating ‘skypo’ in heads-up and took home the latest title!

Destiny Jr. Finale 3.0

Within 2+ hours, the top two players emerged victorious, grabbing a grand prize for taking down Spartan Poker’s popular Destiny’s junior version – Destiny 3.0. The first place was promised INR 90,000 in top prize which belonged to online reg Ashish Ahuja aka ‘Spewushhhiiiii’ and ‘Hondrick’ secured the second place for INR 60,000. A total of 10 winners booked their seats to the finale.

Money reached the top 479 players securing at INR 13.46K. The ultimate champion of the entire day was none other than back-to-back Destiny winner Siddhanth Kriplanai aka ‘ender’ who clinched to a massive payday of INR 40.02 Lakh in first prize after railing out Shardul Parthasarathi in heads-up. The latter banked INR 26.49 Lakh for finishing in the second position.

BSS SuperStack

PokerBaazi’s Sunday signature tourney BSS SuperStack INR 25 Lakh GTD garnered a field of 647 entries successfully drawing a larger prize pool of INR 33.7 Lakh. The last man standing was Ayan Ray aka ‘interalia_1’ taking home the lion’s share worth INR 6.22 Lakh after defeating Rahul Pruthi aka ‘YOUAGAIN’ in heads-up. The latter grabbed INR 4.36 Lakh and settled in the second place.

Another Sunday major BSS MegaStack INR 8 Lakh GTD event on PokerBaazi created some good value after drawing attention of 375 entries. The INR 2,750 buy-in event generated INR 9.38 Lakh in prize pool which was shared among the top 45 players. But the one to grab the largest portion was Kuldeep Jorwal who knocked out Bharat Vasan aka ‘Thinkflyod’ in heads-up for INR 1.97 Lakh in prize money. Vasan secured INR 1.38 Lakh.

Emerging victorious after outlasting the field was ‘avinkon’ who captured the first prize of INR 7.29 Lakh. Sahil Chutani aka ‘bluffme19’ finished in the runner-up position bagging INR 4.34 Lakh. Ravindra Arikeri aka ‘wormhole’ ended in the third position for INR 3.27 Lakh.

Sunday Highroller

Boasting INR 15 Lakh GTD Sunday Highroller on PokerStars India clocked in 162 runners. Out of this number, the top 26 players finished in the money with Chirag Sodha obtaining the largest slice of the INR 16.20 Lakh prize pool. The event concluded with a heads-up deal between Sodha aka ‘WhyworrY_56’ and Abhishek Gubba ‘Satan98999’. Eventually, the latter finished in the second place capturing INR 2.68 Lakh.
