Sunday night on the virtual felts was all about action-packed poker and poker pros battling it out. Players like Vaibhav Temani, Kamal Punjabi, Mohammad Azhar among others were seen lifting the winning titles last night. Let’s have a look at some of the tournaments:

The Millionaire Day 2 – ₹1 crore GTD

The Millionaire event on Spartan Poker was the biggest tournament of the night. The event had 274 survivors who fought hard. The initial guarantee was surpassed and the final prize pool stood at ₹1,00,60,000. The top 271 places grabbed a portion of the massive prize pool as they took home a min-cash of ₹9,858.

Online reg Arsh Grover shipped the Millionaire and added a massive ₹17,13,218 to his bankroll. At the runner-up spot was Kunal Vohra who bagged ₹9,51,676 in prize money.

Money Heist on Spartan Poker was a star-studded affair. The tournament witnessed 794 entries who battled it out for the top spot. The initial guarantee was surpassed by a thin margin as the final prize pool stood at ₹8,73,400. A min-cash of ₹3,318 was paid to the top 71 places. IOPC July 2021 The Crown Main Event winner Vaibhav Temani aka ‘allinpavbhaji’ shipped the tournament and added ₹1,11,996 to his bankroll. Rajeev Chaudhary aka ‘7even9ine’ finished second for ₹1,04,346, while ‘rajatrm1’ grabbed the third spot and cashed ₹97,828.

Other players who finished in the money included players like Aman Parakh at the 21st spot for ₹6,637. Ronuk Lekhraj busted at the 22nd spot for ₹6,637. Vivek Singh finished 26th for ₹5,764. Millionaire United winner, Siddhanth Kripalani busted at the 43rd place for ₹3,755; Kritagya Sharma finished 47th for ₹3,755, while Mohit Mehta busted at the 55th place for ₹3,755.

Players who left empty handed included names like Chirag Sodha who busted at 78th spot, Vivekk Dube finished 80th, Arjanveer Singh Chadha busted at the 83rd place. IOPC Legends winner, Amit Gehani busted at the 101st spot, Adda52’s Game Ambassador, Kunal Patni at the 105th place, Gutshot’s June 2021 e-magazine cover star, Siddhanth Kapoor busted at the 111th place. Guruprasad Gupta finished at the 117th spot, Gutshot Magazine’s April 2021e-mag cover star, Siddharth Karia left the table at the 128th place, Ankit Wadhawan busted at the 148th spot and IOPC July 2021 leaderboard winner Anuj Yadav also busted at the 157th spot without making any money.

Sunday Superstack – ₹40 Lakh GTD

Spartan Poker’s Sunday Superstack was one of the biggest tournaments of the night. The ₹11,000 buy-in tournament witnessed 389 entries. The top 39 places drew a min-cash of ₹27,600.

Anonymous player ‘TejuHel’ topped the table with a pay cheque of ₹8,02,000. At the runner-up spot was Vinayak Bajaj with ₹5,33,200. IOPC July 2021 The Crown Main Event runner-up, Aditya Agarwal finished third for ₹3,90,00.

Vivek Singh busted at the fourth place for ₹3,14,800. Chirag Sodha finished fifth for ₹2,46,800, while IOPC July 2021 leaderboard winner, Anuj Yadav finished 6th for ₹1,86,800. 

Sahil Mahboobani busted at the 10th spot for ₹70,000, while Siddharth Karia busted at the 15th place for ₹55,200. IOPC January 2021 Masterminds and Millionaire Legends winner, Aniket Waghmare cashed ₹39,200 at the 23rd spot. WSOP bracelet winner Kartik Ved busted at the 25th spot for ₹35,200. Manish Lakhotia finished 27th for ₹35,200. Siddhanth Kripalani finished 33rd for ₹27,600.

Players like Ankit Bajaj busted at the 45th spot, Gaurav Sood finished 50th. Poker coach Abhishek Goindi busted at the 52nd spot, Peter Nazareth finished at the 55th spot, Gutshot Player of the Month (July 2021)Anirban Das busted at the 57th spot; WPT 3000 winner, Ashish Ahuja left the table at the 62nd spot, Laksh Pal Singh busted at the 67th spot. Ankit Wadhawan claimed the 72nd spot, Vivekk Dube busted at the 73rd spot. The Millionaire winner, Arsh Grover finished 76th. IOPC July 2021 commentator Goonjan Mall busted at the 79th spot without making any money.

PokerStars: Sunday Special – ₹15 Lakh GTD

Sunday Special on PokerStars was a progressive knockout tournament. The ₹5,500 buy-in tournament attracted 250 entries. The top 27 places took home a min-cash of ₹9,330.

Kamal Punjabi who re-entered twice and mystery player ‘tabahi2k18,’ got into a deal and added ₹1,48,628 and ₹1,48,627 to their bankrolls respectively. ‘The Annihilator’ finished third for ₹98,260.

Ashish Ahuja busted at the 8th spot for ₹25,493. Gutshot’s Player of the Month Anirban Das busted at the 11th spot for ₹18,235. Goonjan Mall finished 12th for ₹15,422. Online reg Mithun Mahesh finished 16th for ₹13,043. Manish Lakhotia also busted at the 26th place for ₹9,330. 

Vishnu Khandelwal busted at the 39th place for no money. Ankit Wadhawan at the 48th place. Sanish Chhabra with five re-entries busted at the 65th place. Laksh Pal Singh finished at the 71th place. Ashwin Vijay finished 78th and Arsh Grover finished 79th.

Sunday Highroller witnessed 114 entries fighting it out. A min-cash of ₹29,700 was paid to the top 13 places.

Mohammad Azhar emerged victorious and added ₹2,76,521 to his bankroll. Gokul Raj was the runner-up who cashed ₹2,12,375 in prize money. Mystery player ‘AceMirage81’ finished third for ₹1,63,109.

Ankit Wadhawan cashed ₹73,893 on the 6th spot. Sagar Choudhury busted at the 11th spot for ₹29,700. Ashwin Vijay was the bubble boy who busted at the 14th place. Manish Lakhotia finished 21st. Mithun Mahesh finished 23rd, IOPC January 2021 Main Event winner, Laksh Pal Singh busted at the 26th spot. Sanish Chhabra finished 27th, Goonjan Mall left the table at the 29th spot. Anirban Das finished 33rd and Arsh Grover claimed the 35th place.
