The Summer Celebration Series continues on Spartan Poker. This Wednesday, the series held its Wednesday Celebration event which had a ₹27 Lakh guarantee. There were 591 entries in total out of which 116 were unique players, 276 were re-entries, and 199 were re-buys. The event was a success and surpassed its advertised guarantee. The final prize pool stood at ₹29,55,000. The ₹5,500 buy-in event ended with the top 55 players being paid. The min-cash was ₹14,479. Anurag Srivastava aka ‘CultOfPersonality’ shipped the event and had a payday of ₹5,73,270. Rachit Soni aka ‘nymphetamine’ was the runner-up for ₹3,63,465.
The next SCS event was the PLO High Roller which had a ₹11 Lakh guarantee and a ₹11,000 buy-in. The final prize pool of ₹15,30,000 crushed the initial guarantee. There were a total of 153 entries out of which 77 were unique players, 25 were re-entries, and 51 were re-buys. The top 15 places were paid and the min-cash was ₹27,540. Lawyer turned poker pro Ashish Ahuja aka ‘Spewushhiiiii’ shipped the highroller title and pocketed winnings worth ₹3,90,915. The runner-up was online reg Vivek Singh aka ‘KasolHeights’ who took home ₹2,69,280 in prize money.
Adda52’s Maverick event took place with 576 total entries playing on its felts. From this, 287 were unique players and 289 were re-entries. The tournament had a ₹15 Lakh guarantee and a buy-in worth ₹2,750. Those who finished in the top 63 places were paid and the min-cash was ₹3,750. The winner of the event was mystery player ‘Vaibhi18’ who added ₹3,82,500 to his bankroll. The runner-up was Tanmay Benara aka ‘PlusEv’ who walked away with ₹2,17,500 in prize money.
PokerBaazi held its Pride tournament where a total of 375 entries participated in the event. From this 177 were unique players and 198 were re-entries. The event’s original guarantee was crushed and the final prize pool stood at ₹13,13,000. The buy-in was ₹3,850 and the top 45 places were paid. Those who made the money were given a min-cash of ₹7,350. Pro player Kanchan Sharma aka ‘Kanchansharma’ shipped the event and took home ₹2,76,000 in prize money. Player ‘borntrouble’ was the runner-up for ₹1,93,000.
