Smashing 1,143 entries register to GameChanger 2.0 Day 1A

In February this year, India got to witness its first ever INR 2 Crore GTD online poker tournament thanks to PokerBaazi, which was eventually won by Prashanth Sekar after a 4-way deal. The massive success of the tournament led to GameChanger 2.0 being announced with 4 starting flights and Day 2 to be played between 21-25 August 2019.

Day 1A was played last night and an enormous field of 1,143 entries registered on this first starting flight, each paying up the INR 5,500 buy-in and the field contributed INR 57+ Lakh to the prize pool in this first flight itself. From them, 111 entries will go on to Day 2 of the tournament, with Saravana K aka ‘rhiotaphi_new’ in the lead, holding a stack of 500,753 chips.

In second place at the end of the night is Prince Singh aka ‘NanKi’ who is also at 500k chips and these two are way ahead the rest of the list of survivors. Third among the chip leaders is Sikander Rajwade aka ‘advanced_basic’ who advances with 386k in chips. Remember, he was part of the 4-way deal that took place on the FT of the first ever GameChanger earlier this year.

Some more known names to progress were Jayjit Ray (272k), Varun Gulati (234k), Aniket Waghmare (189k), Sam Anand (185k), Sagar Choudhury (157k), Arjabveer Chadha (150k), Sahil Mahboobani (145k), Neel Joshi (119k), Neeraj Kumar (60k), Jaydeep Dawer (49k), and others.
