Sanat Mehrotra Ships Two Titles For Over 8.22 Lakh

While Zarvan Tumboli grabbed headlines by shipping the APT Vietnam Hanoi Loyal 2022 Deep Stack Hyper Turbo last evening, the domestic virtual felts also saw some intense action with Sanat Mehrotra nailing two titles in a day. Here’s what went down last night.

Highroller – ₹10 Lakh GTD

PokerStars’ Highroller welcomed 142 total entries (84 unique players, and 58 re-entries). The top 17 places were paid and the min-cash stood at ₹16,515. Sanat Mehrotra aka ‘durrsanta’ clinched the title and added ₹2,09,902 to his bankroll. At the runner-up spot, Arsh Grover aka ‘BiggggTymeR’ pocketed ₹1,63,047.

Godfather – ₹25 Lakh GTD

Adda52’s staple Godfather was as usual a power-packed event with 248 entries and 232 re-entries battling it out. Out of these the top 49 places finished in the money and the min-cash stood at ₹13,750.

Online reg Sanat Mehrotra aka ‘mehro2511’ shipped his second title of the night and cashed ₹6,12,500, while ‘APDhillion’ finished second for ₹3,62,500.

THC #83 Megastack – ₹15 Lakh GTD

The Texas Hold’em Championship on PokerBaazi is running full steam. The Megastacks tournament had 680 unique players and 645 re-entries to form a total of 1,325. The top 215 places made it in the money and the min-cash stood at ₹2,100.

Sreekanth Narayan aka ‘n0thing’ topped the table for ₹2,34,000, while Gurpal Singh aka ‘roothless’ finished second for ₹1,63,000.
