Samay Singh Modi Clinches The WPT Prime India 2023 50K 8 Max Title

PokerHigh Player Hunt Season 2 fame and poker player Samay Singh Modi has headlined the last running event of the World Poker Tour (WPT) Prime India 2023. He took down the 50K 8 Max event after battling it out at this two-day event. 

The 50K 8 Max was a two-day event, which held its Day 1 on 17th April 2023 and Day 2 on 18th April 2023. The event saw an entry field of 124 entries recording a final prize pool of ₹56,42,0000. The top 18 places at this event were paid a min-cash of ₹96,000.

In a heads-up battle that lasted less than an hour with Siddharth Jolly, Modi raised with Snowmen in the final hand. Jolly responded to this by going all-in with his 2.4 Million holding A ♦ J ♣. The board of K ♣ 5 ♦ Q ❤ 6 ❤ 3 ❤ brought no relief to Jolly and crowned Modi the champion.

Siddharth Jolly Finishes Runner-up At WPT Prime India 2023 50K

Siddharth Jolly has enjoyed a pretty good series here at WPT Prime India 2023. He ran deep in quite a good number of events. He ran deep in this event too and finished at the runner-up spot. Jolly pocketed ₹9,45,000 for his finish.
