Pulkit Goyal Grabs The Top Spot In FTS 2.0 Leaderboard


When India Poker Championship (IPC) presented the Final Table Series 2.0 (FTS), the Indian poker circuit was thrilled to have another fantastic poker fest lined up. Like the previous FTS held on Spartan Poker in November 2020, the latest season also witnessed some of the best poker players grab top spots in the feature tournaments. The winners of these feature tournaments were also given a gold medallion and a Game Face mask along with the massive prize money.

FTS 2.0 Leaderboard

Apart from these feature tournaments, FTS 2.0 leaderboard was another place where players were aiming to claim the top spot. While the event saw many players bring their A-game to the felts, it was ultimately Pulkit Goyal aka ‘Championplayer’ who grabbed the first place on the 30 Lakh GTD leaderboard. He took home INR 10,00,000 in prize money. Goyal also won the FTS 2.0 Head Hunter title and the World Series of Poker Winter Online Circuit (WSOPC) Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) back in December 2020.

  • 1st Pulkit Goyal aka ‘Championplayer’ – INR 10,00,000
  • 2nd Ashish Ahuja aka ‘Spewushhhiiiii’ – INR 6,00,000
  • 3rd Ankit Omprakash Bajaj aka ‘ON_MY_MAC’ – INR 4,00,000
  • 4th Arjun Pasricha aka ‘lol this guy’ – INR 2,20,000
  • 5th Chirag Sodha aka ‘chilling’ – INR 1,80,000
  • 6th Sanat Mehrotra aka ‘mehro2511’ – INR 1,60,000
  • 7th Harshad Barve aka ‘Omglukbox’ – INR 1,40,000
  • 8th Kunal Patni aka ‘NutsTodayBluffTomo’ – INR 1,20,000
  • 9th Kushagra Mehta aka ‘Nkush’ – INR 1,00,000
  • 10th Suraj Todi aka ‘soorajtodi’ – INR 80,000

FTS 2.0 Main Event

The prestigious FTS 2.0 Main Event saw a total of 622 entries during its Day 1A and 1B flights out of which 85 survivors went on to play in Day 2 of the Main Event. After an intense battle on the final table, it was Siddharth Karia aka ‘Ari Tribbiani’ who won the Main Event title. Karia laughed his way to the bank with INR 32,26,143 in prize money and a coveted 18K diamond-studded medallion and a Game Face mask. The final table was live-streamed, so poker fans did not miss out on any action.

FTS 2.0 Feature Tournaments

Feature tournaments were the highlights of FTS 2.0 with many players eager to ship at least one. The final table of these tournaments were live streamed and saw some of the best players from the Indian poker circuit making a cut. Apart from the title and prize money, the winners of these feature tournaments were also given gold medallions and a game face mask.
