We are nearing the end of the 2020 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online on Nevada New Jersey circle after which the action moves to GGPoker to host the remaining 54 bracelet events. Thursday hosted event 16th gold bracelet event which was taken down by ‘Heezahustla’, the last man standing who clinched to $116,204 in prize money.
A strong field of 1,044 runners registered to WSOP Online Event #16: $500 No-Limit Hold’em Turbo, creating $687,600 prize pool. The bubble boy of the tournament was Eric ‘circleball’ Baldwin having $6 million in total live winnings. Among those to cash include Jason ‘haderade’ Somerville (189th – $756), Kevin ‘ImaLuckSac’ MacPhee (121st – $962), Daniel ‘DNegs’ Negreanu (86th – $1,168), Philip ‘tomte’ Yeh (38th – $2,337), Blake ‘shampainpopn’ Whittington (24th – $3,506) and so on.
It was ‘cbmezz99’, the first casualty of the final table followed by Phillip ‘AvonB’ Rhodes who went out 8th place. Daniel ‘StayActive’ Chan in 6th place, Andrea “Andrewbull88” Buonocore finished 5th. After the dismissal of Lev ‘Methinks’ Milman in third place, heads-up got underway between Julian ‘Julian’ Parmann (9 million chips) and ‘Heezahustla’ (36 million chips).
Parmann (As 2s) went all in preflop and ‘Heezahustla’ (Ah 3h) called. Flop 2s 2c 10c saw latter with trip 2. Turn 9d didn’t change the situation for Parmann and with 6h, the board completed with ‘Heezahustla’ grabbing the title, gold bracelet and securing $116,204 in top prize! Parmann walked out with $71K for finishing second.
