Do not skip breakfast even if you think not having it could help. Remember, your body is recovering and will need all the nutrients to get back on track. Start with a light breakfast like having a whole wheat toast or an avocado toast. You can also eat eggs as they are a good source of protein and will boost your energy levels.
Bananas are known to provide the body with potassium. Due to dehydration the body loses important minerals like potassium and vitamin B. Eating bananas will surely help boost your potassium requirement.
There is a prevailing myth that drinking more will help you cure or forget about a hangover, but this is untrue. Drinking more will only make it worst. So steer clear of this myth and you should be fine.
