Saravanan S wins consecutive Adda52 Millions titles

One of Adda52’s signature tournaments is the Adda52 Millions, an INR 20 lakh GTD tournament that takes place every Sunday. This tournament has a steep buy-in of INR 11,000 and is an extremely popular one, attracting the top pros from around the country and this Sunday was no exception.

The 6-Max tournament kicked off at 8pm IST and competing with major tournaments on all the top Indian websites, it did very well to attract a field of 215 entries, which beat the guarantee and created a new prize pool of INR 21.5 lakh. This was distributed among the top 18 finishers in the tournament, which ended at 4:22am on Monday morning.

One of the specialties of this tournament is that no matter the outcome of the number of entries that register, the first-place finisher is guaranteed a prize of INR 7.5 lakh. This Sunday’s tournament was shipped by Saravanan S aka ‘SIDDHU24’, who completed two consecutive wins of this prestigious tournament!

Most of the top pros find it difficult to beat the tough fields that this tournament usually sees, so this has turned out to be quite an achievement for Saravanan, who did it not once, but twice in two weeks. He made massive additions to his poker bankroll over two Sundays and even saved the Gutshot designers the time and effort of making a new winner creative! Last week, he won the same tournament, beating 219 entries to his prize of INR 7.5 lakh.

With a starting stack of 25,000 chips, players would’ve all fancied their chances, but none could get past Saravanan. The person with the best chance was ‘spark123’, who ultimately lost to Saravanan in heads-up and walked away with the runners-up prize of INR 3,44,000, missing the major pay jump. Adda52 also offered up to 50% TDS Refund for all players who finished in the money in this tournament.
