The action-packed Final Table Series (FTS) 2.0 has got the entire Indian poker circuit in a frenzy. Yesterday was no different as many players eyed the lucrative top spots of the FTS 2.0 tournaments which had some of the best prize pools in the house. Read below for all the details of the events.
The tournament welcomed a field of 529 total entries and had a buy-in of INR 2,200. The total prize pool was INR 10,58,000 which surpassed the advertised guarantee. The top 47 places were paid a min-cash of INR 6,030. The tournament also witnessed some woman power with Pratibha Arya aka ‘HerMess’ taking the top spot after striking a deal with player ‘THE MASK.’ Both of them walked away with INR 1,79,737 and INR 1,57,447 respectively.
Battling it out on the digital felts were a total of 604 entries, who paid an INR 5,500 buy-in to play the tournament. The final prize pool of INR 30,20,000 exceeded the initial guarantee with the top 63 places walking away with a min-cash of INR 13,137. The tournament ended in a deal between WSOPC #5: USD 600 Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) winner Pulkit Goyal aka ‘Championplayer’ and Abhimanyu Mittal aka ‘IshqBector.’ Goyal took home INR 4,47,038 in winnings while Mittal walked away with INR 4,19,998.
