Ellen Degeneres Turns Mean When Playing Poker

Ellen Degeneres is an American comedian, actress, television host, producer and writer. She has been hosting the tv talk show, The Ellen DeGeneres show since 2003. DeGeneres has hosted the Grammy Awards, Academy Awards and the Primetime Emmys. She has her own record company and authored four books. She has won thirty Emmys, twenty People’s Choice Awards, and numerous other awards for her work and charitable efforts. DeGeneres loves inviting A-listers to her mansion to play poker. She is very serious about the game and becomes mean every time she loses. 

“Ellen’s very serious about the game. When she loses her temper, people are terrified. Ellen is very selective about who she invites to the table. But once you’re in, you’d better be ready to handle her massive mood swings,” the unnamed source, according to Radar Online. The Ellen Show host initially always jokes around and makes everyone laugh during the poker game. One of the players had a hard time keeping up with the high stakes game which enraged the host. So much that she snapped and became mean to everyone present at the table. 

The unknown source said “Ellen raged at someone, even accusing her of ruining her game! The energy around the table was very tense. Ellen threw a tantrum, and her screams echoed through the halls as frightened guests looked on in sheer disbelief! It was like watching a Dr. Jekyll-and-Mr. Hyde transformation. She really became a monster. It was truly terrifying!”

Ellen DeGeneres’ staff is happy that coworkers have voiced instances of racism, fear, retaliation, and intimidation while working for her talk show. A lot of people did not believe the allegations against the famous talk show host.It was an open secret for years in the industry and more people have come forward to share their negative experiences with DeGeneres. This year three executive producers finally addressed the claims of the toxic work environment on set. Ellen DeGeneres is yet to respond to her alleged dark side, but she continues to host the Ellen Show.
