Phil Ivey Triumphs On Triton Poker, Takes Home Third Title

Poker legend Phil Ivey has once again proved why he’s one of the top poker pros in the world. Ivey is now a three-time champion at the Triton Super High Roller Series. Not only that, but all of Ivey’s three Triton Poker wins have come from short-deck events. This not only confirms that Ivey is a great poker pro but also a versatile one.

The American poker player is now one of the few people to hold three Triton Poker titles. In the ongoing Triton Super High Roller Series in Cyprus, Ivey won his third short-deck tournament. The event was the $30,000 Short Deck Ante Only tournament and there was a total of 38 entries that participated. The prize pool reached $1.14 million. Ivey reached the event’s final table with players Tom Dwan, Canadian high roller reg Sam Greenwood, Daniel Dvoress, Kiat Lee from Malaysia, and Mikita Badziakouski.
