The new Caesars Sportsbook and World Series of Poker Room at Harrah’s New Orleans are scheduled to open this coming fall. The announcement was made by Caesars Entertainment. Both the rooms are set to have an ultra-modern look. The two openings are part of an ongoing transformation of Harrah’s New Orleans into Caesars New Orleans which is set to cost around $325 million.
The sportsbook room is 5,700 square foot and features four betting windows, 12 self-service betting kiosks, and a stunning video and audio system. The room will be situated next to one of the largest poker rooms in Louisiana. The poker room is a 5,000 square-foot space and can accommodate 20 poker tables and has complimentary tableside drinks.

He further added, “We’ll accomplish this by providing a best-in-class place for players to enjoy our games while generating a competitive buzz that builds camaraderie and creates a thrilling sense of victory for our winners.”
The Caesars Sportsbook at Harrah’s New Orleans will give sports fans a brilliant opportunity to watch and bet on games in a luxurious environment. With a 147-foot video screen and state-of-the-art, high-powered audio system, customers won’t miss any action and will have continued access until the second odds.
The sportsbook room has a capacity to seat 140 patrons and will feature a multi-display Fan Cave with a private viewing experience for up to 10 people. There will also be a huge bar that will be able to accommodate more than 28 sports fans.
There will be several exciting variants of live poker at the newly designed poker room which is bound to attract both recreational players and seasoned pros. Weekly poker tournaments will be held on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays where the competition is sure to heat up. The poker room will be open from 10 AM to 6 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 10 AM to 4 AM from Sunday through Thursday.
The opening of the new Caesars Sportsbook and the World Series of Poker Room stands on Caesars’ enduring legacy of delivering unrivalled sports and entertainment experiences in New Orleans and the state of Louisiana.
