After 11 hours of intense gameplay, the final table narrowed down to nine players. Michael Leib aka ‘njnj17’ clinched the title for $81,644.94 and this was his first signature WSOP gold bracelet. Leib had a good day at the Event #6: $2,000 No-Limit Hold’em where he won $5,695. The Event #10 win was Leib’s biggest win so far.
The action at the final unfolded as the top nine players battled it out for the title. George Konstantoulakis aka ‘gkon86’s bluff did no good as he got busted by Robert Aronowitz aka ‘LuckyLuch11.’ Konstantoulakis left the table for $6,098.
Leib, with his ace-queen, then went on to bust ‘MMenz08816’ who had pocket nines and ‘Vinnyj88’ with pocket eights at the eighth and seventh place respectively.
‘Diaper_money’ with his ace-ten busted on the river by the queen-jack of Aronowitz, as the former exited the table at the sixth spot for $13,926.

Michael Dyer aka ‘helionic’ followed on the fifth spot, as Leib’s suited ace-king deported Dyer’s ace-nine. Dyer had also finished on the final table at Event #6. Leib continued to bust players, and this time it was Dan Shak aka ‘oiltrader513’s turn. Leib’s pocket seven’s sent Shak’s ace-six suited at the fourth place for $25,850.
Aronowitz with queen-six, then sent Richard Bruner ‘3ofspade’ away at the third spot for $35,907. However, the former was the next in line as he added $50,562 to his bankroll for finishing at the runner-up spot. A gutshot straight draw couldn’t lead Aronowitz to the title spot as Leib had a middle pair.
