Harshad Barve Clinches Wednesday Millionaire For Over 11 Lakh

The Millionaire Series on Spartan Poker has been picking up momentum in full steam. Yesterday witnessed high-value tournaments held with top players nailing the top spots. Here’s a railbird report of what went down yesterday.

Millionaire Series #12 – ₹7.25 Lakh GTD

Millionaire Series #12 was a power-packed event with 560 entries, 127 re-entries, and 409 rebuys. The event generated a final prize pool of ₹8,76,800. The top 103 places made it in the money as the min-cash stood at ₹2,367.

Mystery player ‘kostanikov’ topped the table and added ₹1,66,065 to his bankroll. Harshit Sanghi aka ‘PokerinOlympics’ finished second for ₹1,01,621.

Millionaire Series #13 Wednesday Millionaire – ₹40 Lakh GTD

Wednesday Millionaire surpassed its initial guarantee to generate a final prize pool of ₹42,90,000. The event witnessed 344 players, 133 re-entries, and 238 rebuys. The min-cash stood at ₹17,160 as the top 60 places made it in the money.

India Online Poker Championship (IOPC) July 2021 Blaze of Glory winner Harshad Barve aka ‘Epic Whale’ shipped the tourney and cashed ₹11,15,400. Monam Hayat aka ‘Mhk123’ finished at the runner-up spot for ₹6,86,400.

Talking about his victory Barve said, “Happy to have a title after missing out on a big opportunity at BPT ME FT.” Last month, Barve made it to the final table of the BPT Main Event but busted at the ninth spot for ₹5.17 Lakh.

Millionaire Series #14 – ₹8 Lakh GTD

Last but not the least, Millionaire Series #14 generated a final prize pool of ₹10,11,000. The event witnessed 471 entries, 165 re-entries, and 375 rebuys out of which the top 95 places took home a portion of the prize pool. The min-cash stood at ₹2,982.

BPT March 2022 Main Event winner Nitin Arora aka ‘Demogorgon’ nailed the event and laughed his way to the bank with ₹1,92,898. At the runner-up spot, Karan Radia aka ‘Majestic’ pocketed ₹1,19,095.
