A gaming firm called Lakshya Digital Pvt. Ltd. is planning on hiring up to 200 people at its newly set-up Bengaluru studio. The gaming art creation company is looking forward to developing a centre of excellence in the city.

The firm wants to expand and further strengthen its hold on a global level. Manvendra Shukul, CEO, Lakshya confirmed that the company has identified two-three areas like hard surface modelling, vehicle creation and animation, where the company wishes to build its competency globally.
Lakshya Digital has two more studios in the country, in Pune and Gurugram. The studio in Bengaluru marks its third studio in the country. Globally, it is the sixth after Seattle, London and Tokyo. The Bengaluru studio has already started its operations at the end of March. The team is currently working remotely.
The CEO also revealed that some key changes are also in the pipeline. The publishers were reducing costs, which resulted in increasing outsourcing. He further said that during the past year, the company had grown around 30% and is anticipating to grow even more, moving forward. The new Bengaluru studio will play a crucial role in the expansion, he stated.
The company has been training its personnel in order to have a talent pool ready to take on the work in this industry.
