FTS 5.0 Day 2: Gaurav Sood And Karan Radia Clinch Top Titles

Hosted across three platforms, the Final Tables Series (FTS) 5.0 has grabbed the attention of poker players in the country. Yesterday, Day 2 of the event concluded with some of the top poker pros clinching top titles. The high-octane night on Spartan Poker, BLITZPOKER, and PokerHigh was filled with excitement and thrill as poker players raced to add another spectacular title to their repertoire. FTS #6 Double Chance – ₹6 Lakh GTD

 

The day started with the FTS Double Chance event which had a ₹6 Lakh guarantee. The event was shipped by Ravi Jain aka ‘Rvjn91’ for a prize money worth ₹1,27,699. The runner-up was Biplob Rana aka ‘hellhell’ for ₹1,11,373. The event crushed its guarantee and the final prize pool was ₹7,58,000.

Next up was the FTS PKO event which score had a guarantee crushing final prize pool of ₹12,70,000. The event was shipped by anonymous player ‘Godfather10’ who took home ₹1,00,158 in prize money. Player ‘Mutemath’ was the runner-up for ₹80,710.

FTS #8 Friday Special – ₹40 Lakh GTD

The Friday Special event was shipped by ‘Tabona’ who had a payday of ₹8,30,274. Poker pro Gaurav Sood aka ‘mozzie17’ was the runner-up for ₹5,27,388. The event had a ₹11,000 buy-in and recorded a final prize pool of ₹42,60,000 which crushed the advertised guarantee.

FTS #9 – ₹8 Lakh GTD

The FTS #9 had a ₹8 Lakh guarantee which was crushed and a prize pool of ₹10,66,500 was generated. There were a total of 711 entries and the top 63 places were paid. The min-cash was ₹4,639. Karan Radia aka ‘Majestic’ shipped the event for ₹2,06,261. Vaibhav Sharma aka ‘Nikka Zaildar’ was the runner-up and took home ₹1,30,113 in prize money. Sharma also shipped the FTS Thursday Special yesterday for ₹7,29,108.

FTS #10 Friday Big – ₹35 Lakh GTD

The final event of the day was the Friday Big which was clinched by Gaurav Sood aka ‘mozzie17’ for ₹10,22,000. Sood was the runner-up on the Friday Special as well. Shashank Shekhar aka ‘Goldfish097’ was the runner-up for ₹7,04,000. The ₹35 Lakh guarantee was also crushed and the final prize pool was ₹40,00,000.
