As the series nears its end, the action is only getting more intense on the virtual felts of Spartan Poker, BLITZPOKER and PokerHigh. Aman Kumar Sharma aka ‘KarrAk’ defeated top pros in Big Game’s final table (FT) to add ₹15,59,200 to his bankroll. Other pros who won big included names like Ram Kakkar and Ankit Khattar. FTS #19 ended only after witnessing some power-packed performances. The event had 738 entries that resulted in the initial guarantee getting surpassed by a slim margin. ₹11,07,000 was the final prize pool. Min-cash at this tourney stood at ₹4,206 and the top 71 places were paid.
Ram Kakkar aka ‘JohnnieRunner-Runner’ nailed the top spot tourney for ₹1,50,965. Gopal Omprakash Bajaj aka ‘TheRealG’ finished at the runner-up spot and cashed ₹1,28,677.
Other players who made in the top 71 places paid included Vinay Rajpal (7th, ₹35,091), Vikranth Varma (8th, ₹24,464), two-times IOPC leaderboard winner Bhanu Prakash (32nd, ₹5,535), Myron Pereira (41st, ₹4,760), Sahil Mahboobani (54th, ₹4,760), Gutshot’s January 2021 cover star Gaurav Sood (55th, ₹4,760), current FTS 3.0 leaderboard topper Shashank Desai (58th, ₹4,206) and Sanish Chhabra (63rd, ₹4,206).
Some of the players who couldn’t make in the money included Aditya Singh (73rd), IPC 2020 winner Rubin Labroo (76th), Arun Sriram (82nd), Anmol Mehta (85th), IOPC July 2021 Legends winner Amit Gehani (94th).
This event witnessed 652 entries battling it out for the numero uno spot. The top 63 places made money, and the min-cash stood at ₹12,180. This ₹4,400 buy-in tournament was nailed by Ankit Khattar aka ‘Asymptote05.’ This pro added an impressive ₹5,41,800 to his bankroll. At the runner-up spot was mystery player ‘wolowizard,’ who took a pay cheque of ₹3,41,600.
