BCCI hosted Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and Vijay Hazare Trophy recently, where the fans witnessed several exceptional talents, and Vidwath Kaverappa is one of them. Indeed one of the best-performing players for Karnataka, Kaverappa had played few games in List A cricket and had proved to be a lethal weapon in white ball cricket.
Kaverappa had played 18 games in his domestic career, where the right-arm fast-medium bowler had picked up 39 wickets with a fifer in Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2022. Kaverappa can be lethal in T20, as young medium-pacers can perform wonders for their respective franchises if given fair chances.

The 23-year-old bowler is one of the best talents in the domestic circuit, and when it comes to his stats, he is just exceptional. Kaverappa had only played two games in his first-class career, where he had picked four wickets in two games.

Bowling with an economy of 2.79, Kaverappa had bowled 266 balls and spent 124 runs. Talking more about his domestic career List A career, Kaverappa had played eight games in his List A career and had picked 17 wickets with his career-best of 4/40.
Franchises such as Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) should bid on someone like Kaverappa, as he is accustomed to Indian conditions, and yes, the south candidate is also a thing that one can’t avoid.
