Every team plays the others one time before the group stage concludes. After this, the top four teams in the group qualify for the knockout stages. The top two teams play in Qualifier 1, with the winner advancing to the final. The 3rd and 4th placed teams play an eliminator with the winner facing the loser of Qualifier 1. The two teams remaining after this play in the final to determine the winner.
