Kotian, in his domestic career, had scored 490 runs smashing two half-centuries. Kotian has been a key player for Maharashtra. Looking at his current form, the 24-year-old all-rounder has polished his skills and transformed himself into a depending bowling all-rounder. 

On 22nd December, 2018, he made his first-class debut for Mumbai in the 2018-19 Ranji Trophy. On 9th March, 2021, he made his List A debut for Mumbai in the 2020-21 Vijay Hazare Trophy. On 4th November, 2021, he made his Twenty20 debut for Mumbai in the 2021-22 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.

Kotian had played 40 First Class games, where the right-handed batter had smashed 490 runs. In this process, he had scored two half-centuries, with the highest score of 98. Even in List A, Kotian had picked 26 wickets 10 matches. In List A cricket Kotian had picked 19 wickets and talking about his T20 records, Kotian picked 15 wickets.
