Pakistan have played a warm-up game at the Colts Cricket Club Ground before they begin their tour. The Test Series will see the Men in Green square off against Sri Lanka in the first match at the Galle International Stadium on 16 July.
Later, the island nation will host Pakistan in the second test at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo which is scheduled to be played on 24 July. The likes of Lasith Embuldeniya, alongside Praveen Jayawickrama are not called up for the Pakistan Tests. Both the left-arm spinners have been left out of the squad with Chamika Karunaratne and Lakshitha Manasinghe also not included.
