Angel Di Maria was at the top of his career while representing Real Madrid in the La Liga. Manchester United, impressed by his performances by the Los Blancos, decided to sign him ahead of the 2014/15 season. However, his move to the Premier League never stuck, and he ended up leaving after just one season. This was when Paris Saint-Germain decided to step in and paid a transfer fee of €63 Million on 6th August 2015 to complete the signing of Argentine star Angel Di Maria. The Argentine winger played for PSG in seven seasons, making a total of 295 appearances across all competitions during his time at the club.

Edinson Cavani is one of Paris Saint-Germain’s biggest legends. His performances at Napoli convinced PSG to sign the Uruguayan striker. They completed the transfer on 16th July 2013, paying a transfer fee of €64.5 Million, which made it the sixth largest transfer in history at the time. This made Neymar the most expensive transfer of all time, and the Brazilian star ended up playing for PSG in six seasons, making a total of 173 appearances for them in all competitions.
