He has represented various IPL teams in history, including Gujarat Lions, Kings XI Punjab, Rajasthan Royals, and Lucknow Super Giants. He was brilliant for Kings XI Punjab in the 2018 season and even won the purple cap in the 2018 season with them.

4. Shakib Al Hasan – 38 Years

Shakib Al Hasan is a Bangladeshi professional cricketer who was born on 24th March 1987. He is another player who will be 38 years old when the IPL 2025 season starts. He was born on 27th October 1986  and will be one of the oldest players participating in the auction. He has represented Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad in the past, and while he has grown old, he will still be quite a catch for most of the franchises and will surely be able to find a team in the 2025 IPL auction.

Mohammad Nabi was born on 1st January 1985 and will be 40 years old when the Indian Premier League 2025 season starts.
