The Indian star has revealed that he has tried to imitate his older brother, Sarfaraz Khan. The older Khan brother has 3,912 runs in 45 First-Class matches at an average of 69.85. He boasts 14 centuries and 11 fifties. Sarfaraz was recently selected in the Indian test squad against England and is set to make his debut in the third test. It is safe to say that Musheer has chosen someone outstanding to look up to.

In an interview, Musheer Khan told ICC:

“I have learnt a lot from Sarfaraz – right from how he bats to how he is always thinking about winning the game for his team to how he builds his innings. Even as he was knocking on the doors of the Indian team, his focus was always on scoring runs and on the process without worrying about the result. My focus too is on the process”.

While the talented youngster is not worth as much as some other cricketers, his career has only just started.
