KARNATAKA PREMIER LEAGUE: PARTICIPATING TEAMS

The prize money allocated for the top four teams amounts to Rs. 35 Lakh. The champions will be awarded Rs. 15 Lakh, while the second-placed team will receive Rs. 10 Lakh. The remaining funds will be divided between the third and fourth ranked teams.

KARNATAKA PREMIER LEAGUE: PLAYERS CATEGORIES

In the latest tournament, a franchise-model has been adopted, and players will be divided into four categories. Category A includes India and IPL players, Category B includes senior players that have participated in BCCI State tournaments like Vijay Hazare Trophy, Ranji Trophy, and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.

Players from all other BCCI events are included in Category C, whereas all registered KSC players are included in Category D. The auction rules state that each team should have a minimum of 15 players and a maximum of 20 players, including two players from their respective catchment areas.
