Gleison Bremer signed a contract with the Italian Premier League side, Juventus, on 20th July 2022. The Old Lady paid a hefty fee of €41 Million to bring him to the club, which made him one of the most expensive transfers in Juve’s history. Bremer made his debut for the club in the 2022/23 season and has since continued to play for Juventus. He is currently representing the club in his third season and has already managed to make 91 appearances for the club across all competitions.
Pavel Nedved was signed by Juventus in July 2001 as a replacement for Zinedine Zidane, who had transferred to Real Madrid. The player attracted attention from various big clubs, including Manchester United and Chelsea, thanks to his incredible performance while playing for the Italian club Lazio. However, Juventus managed to secure his services, doing so by paying a hefty fee of €45 Million. The talented star ended up representing the club across eight different seasons, making a total of 327 appearances for the Old Lady across all competitions before deciding to hang up his boots.

Douglas Luiz was signed by Juventus on a five-year contract on 30th June 2024. This is one of the latest transfers made by the Old Lady, made in the summer transfer window of the 2024/25 season. Juventus agreed to pay Aston Villa a fixed transfer fee worth €50 Million plus an added €1.5 Million in add-on, taking the total package up to €51.5 Million. While this is the first season Luiz is playing for Juve, he has already established himself as an important player for the club and has already managed to make 24 appearances for the Old Lady across all competitions.
Gianluigi Buffon is one of, if not the biggest legends in Juventus’ history and is regarded as one of the best goalkeepers of all time. The Italian star started out at Parma but, after attracting attention with his brilliant goalkeeping skills, moved to Juventus. The Old Lady signed him on 3rd July 2001, agreeing to break the world-record fee for a goalkeeper and paying a transfer fee worth €52.9 Million. This made Buffon the most expensive player in Juve’s history at the time. Buffon played across 19 different seasons during his two stints at the club and made a total of 685 appearances for the club across all competitions.

Keun Koopmeiners is another player Juventus signed before the start of the 2024/25 season. The Dutch star impressed with AZ Alkmaar and Atalanta, and Juventus decided to sign the talented midfielder. They agreed to pay a hefty fee of around €60.7 Million to sign the player from Juventus and did so on 28th August 2024, when Teun Koopmeiners agreed to sign a five-year deal with the club. Koopmeiners has become one of the most important players at the club and has already made 40 appearances for the club across all competitions.

Dusan Vlahovic is one of Juventus’s most expensive transfers of all time. He made a name for himself while playing for Fiorentina. Juve, impressed with his performance for the Italian club, decided to sign Vlahovic, agreeing to pay an initial fee of €70 Million as well as €10 Million in add-ons, taking the total package up to €80 Million. The Serbian striker has continued to play for Juventus in the Serie A ever since and is currently playing in his fourth season for the club. Dusan Vlahovic has already made a total of 141 appearances for the club and will continue to play for them for quite a while.
Arthur Melo is a Brazilian midfielder who is currently on loan at Girona from Juventus. His skills as a midfielder caught the attention of Juventus, and they decided to sign him on a five-year contract on 29th June 2020. Arthur’s deal to move to Serie A from Barcelona included a transfer fee worth €72 Million and an additional €10 Million in add-ons, taking the total package up to €82 Million. Arthur ended up playing for Juve in just two seasons and made 63 appearances for them across all competitions. Since then, he has spent the last three seasons, including the current one, on loan to different teams across the world while being contracted as a Juventus player.

The Dutch defender was simply incredible for them and caught the eyes of some of the best teams in the world. Juventus decided to make a move and managed to sign him on 18th July 2019 on a five-year contract. The Italian club agreed to pay a fixed fee of €75 Million as well as €10.5 Million as add-ons, taking the total package up to €85.5 Million. The Dutch defender ended up playing for Juventus across three seasons, making a total of 117 appearances for them across all competitions before moving to Bayern Munich.

He originally came up at River Plate before impressing at two incredibly big clubs, Real Madrid in Spain and Napoli in Italy. After his stints with these clubs, it was Juventus who decided to make a move for the talented star. On 26th July 2016, Higuain signed with the Old Lady after the club agreed to pay a fee of €90 Million, making him the most expensive South American footballer of all time until Neymar’s transfer. Higuain represented the club across three seasons, making a total of 149 appearances for the club across all competitions.

Ronaldo is regarded as one of, if not the best, footballers of all time, which is why it is not surprising at all to see him at the top of this list. The Old Lady agreed to pay a fee of €117 Million to sign the incredible striker, making it the most expensive fee paid by an Italian club. Cristiano Ronaldo joined Juventus from Real Madrid and ended up playing for the Old Lady from 2018 to 2022, representing them across four different seasons and making a total of 134 appearances for the club across all competitions.
