Mohammad Rizwan Run Out Without Helmet

Mohammad Rizwan, a Pakistani cricketer, was dismissed for 44 runs during the Asia Cup opener against Nepal due to his negligence in wearing a helmet and some casual running. The unfortunate incident occurred when Rizwan failed to see the ball coming his way, resulting in a run-out. 

This incident highlights the importance of safety measures in sports and the need for players to adhere to them. It also underscores the importance of always remaining alert and focused on the game to avoid such incidents and ensure a successful performance on the field.
