Neymar Jr has failed to win trophies with Brazil on the international level, but this list would feel incomplete without the nationās top goal scorer. In September 2023, Neymar scored his 78th goal for Brazil against Bolivia. This meant he had now passed Peleās 77 goals and become Brazilās top goal scorer.
The forward also found immense success at the club level. He played for one of the best Barcelona sides alongside Lionel Messi. The Brazilian is regarded as the third-best player of the modern era after Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. He has scored 476 goals in 763 matches in his career. After playing for Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, the midfielder moved to the Saudi Pro League in 2023. He now plays for Al-Hilal.

Ronaldinho is known as one of the most talented footballers ever. The Brazilian was outrageously gifted. He made football look easy with his bag of tricks and vision. Ronaldinho managed to get his hands on both the FIFA World Cup and the Ballon dāOr. He won the World Cup in 2002 with his country. However, he had to wait till 2005 to claim his first and only Ballon dāOr.
While the midfielder is praised for his talent, he is also frowned upon for his hard work. Ronaldinho was notoriously known for partying and not putting in enough work. If he managed to be so good without even putting in too much effort, just imagine how good he could have been.

Garrincha was born with a crooked spine and uneven legs. This is why he was given the nickname āBent-Legged Angelā. Despite this, he made football look easy. He got past defenders with ease using his pace and dribbling abilities. The Brazilian star won the 1958 and 1962 FIFA World Cups with his nation.
The forward carried his nation to the 1962 FIFA World Cup title almost single-handedly. Pele was injured, which meant Garrincha needed to step up, which was precisely what he did. He ended up as the top scorer in that World Cup and defended the title successfully.

Ronaldo was nicknamed āThe Phenomenonā by Brazilians. The striker did not take much time to accumulate fans. He won his first FIFA World Player of the Year title at the age of 20. He also went on to win two Ballon dāOr awards in his career and is regarded as one of the best football players ever.
The Brazilian forward scored 420 goals and won two FIFA World Cups and two Ballon dāOr awards in his career. Despite these unbelievable statistics, Ronaldoās career was littered with injuries. If not for his injury problems, his career would have been even more spectacular.
