Cole Palmer is the top captain pick for Gameweek 27 of the Fantasy Premier League. While Palmer is not in very good form and has actually managed just one assist in his last five Premier League games, he still remains the top pick this week simply because they have an easy fixture while teams like Liverpool and Manchester City have tough opponents. Chelsea faces Southampton, the team at the bottom of the table, and it is likely that Palmer will end up scoring or assisting against them.
