Fans To Get A Peek Into Shubman-Sara PDA During Ind vs NZ ODIs?

Shubman Gill had recently finally reacted to the reports of him dating actor Sara Ali Khan. The Indian cricketer spoke his mind about being in a relationship with the Bollywood diva when he appeared on a talk show. Speaking to the host, Sonam Bajwa, the 23-year-old was grilled to answer about his equation with Sara. Despite trying not to reveal much information, Gill dropped hints about their relationship.

Shubman Gill was interacting with Punjabi actress Sonam Bajwa on a chat show named Dil Diyan Gallan, where he first broke the silence on his rumoured relationship. The opening batter was questioned by Sonam Bajwa, asking if he is dating Sara Ali Khan, to which the young cricketer responded with, “Maybe.” Later, Sonam was seen taunting Gill by saying, “Sara ka sara sach bolo” which led to Shubman Gill blushing and answering with “Sara da sara sach bol diya. Maybe, maybe not.”

Sara and Shubman first grabbed headlines back in August 2022 when they were spotted having dinner together in a restaurant. The duo was dining together at a popular restaurant named Bastian in Worli, Mumbai, which fueled the rumours of the duo dating each other. A video of Shubman and Sara exiting the same hotel premises made the news in October 2022. It added more fire to the fuel with both celebrities later seen boarding the same flight.

This is the first time Gill has made any public comments about being a couple. While there has been no official confirmation, the cricketers’ statement on his relationship created a media fury and Fans are going nuts when the couple will announce their relationship formally.

With the cricketer currently being a part of the Indian team playing in New Zealand, fans speculate that Sara Ali Khan could make an appearance in Auckland to give the opener some moral support.  The 23 year old batter is in line to feature for the Men in Blue in the first ODI that will take place on Friday, 25th November 2022. He is expected to open the innings and bat with team captain Shikhar Dhawan in all three ODI matches.
