10. 127 Against England (16/01/2015)

One of David Warner’s best-ever ODI performances came on 16th January 2015 in a game against England in Sydney. Warner scored 127 runs in 115 balls at a strike rate of 110.40. His innings did not see a single six but saw a massive 18 fours being hit. England had set a target of 235 for Australia to chase, which they managed to chase down easily thanks to Warner, chasing it down in 39.5 overs.

9. 128 Against India (14/01/2020)

David Warner has proved time and time again that he is phenomenal for his country while chasing. On 14th January 2020, India put up a score of 255 on the board. David Warner and Finch made light work of this, chasing the total down in 37.4 overs without losing a single wicket. Warner scored 128 runs in 112 balls at a strike rate of 114.3

8. 130 Against Pakistan (22/01/2017)

The Australian batsman had another one of his classic performances on 22nd January 2017 against the Pakistan cricket team. His performance helped Australia reach a score of 353, a target Pakistan was unable to chase down. They were bowled out for just 267, and Australia won the game by 86 runs.

7. 156 Against New Zealand (09/12/2016)

David Warner was the only Australian who looked comfortable while playing against New Zealand on 9th December 2016. While his teammates kept losing their wickets, Warner managed to make 156 runs in 128 balls at a strike rate of 121.9. It was eventually a run-out that got the better of him. This performance helped Australia set a target of 265 for New Zealand and managed to bowl them out for just 147 to win the game.

5. 163 Against Sri Lanka (04/03/2012)

The game between Australia and Sri Lanka on 4th March 2012 was very exciting. David Warner scored a massive 163 runs in 157 balls at a strike rate of 103.8 to propel his team to a total of 321. Sri Lanka tried valiantly to chase this score down and came quite close, but in the end, they got bowled out, having made 306 runs, and Australia ended up winning the game by 15 runs.

5. 163 Against Pakistan (20/10/2023)

David Warner scored another of his huge scores against Pakistan, this time on 20th October 2023. He made 163 runs in 124 balls at a strike rate of 131.5. Australia batted first, and this performance by Warner helped them set a target of 368 for Pakistan to chase down. The opposition tried their best but ended up getting bowled out for just 305, handing Australia a massive win.

This turned out to be too much for Bangladesh to handle, who avoided getting bowled out but only reached a total of 333 in 50 overs, handing Australia a huge win.

3. 173 Against South Africa (12/10/2016)

David Warner scored his third-highest ODI score while chasing in a game against South Africa on 12th October 2016. South Africa batted first and managed to put up a very good score of 327 on the board. David Warner looked like the only player who was comfortable and managed to make 173 runs in 136 balls at a strike rate of 127.2 before getting run out. Despite this heroic performance, Australia was unable to chase the score and ended up losing the game.

2. 178 Against Afghanistan (04/03/2015)

David Warner had an incredible showing against Afghanistan on 4th March 2015. Australia batted first, and Warner scored a massive 178 runs in just 133 balls at a strike rate of 133.8, helping Australia reach a total of 417. Afghanistan was unable to get anywhere near this target and was bowled out for just 142, handing Australia a win by a massive margin of 275 runs.
