Eden Hazard is one of the biggest legends in Chelsea’s history. George Mills is an English striker who played for only one club throughout his career. While he played for the Bromley Youth Academy, his entire senior professional football career was spent playing for the Blues. He played for them from 1929 to 1943 and will go down in history as one of Chelsea’s best strikers of all time. Mils made a total of 239 appearances and scored 125 goals. The English striker ended his career with the Blues a goals-per-game ratio of 0.52. The English striker even played for his country on the international stage but played just a few games for them in his entire career.

Jimmy Greaves is an English professional footballer who played as a striker throughout his career. He played for the youth academy of Chelsea and graduated to make his senior debut for the club. Greaves played for various prestigious clubs throughout his career, including the Blues, AC Milan, Tottenham Hotspur, and West Ham United. Jimmy Greaves ended up playing for the Blues from 1957 to 1961, scoring 132 goals in 169 appearances at a goals-per-game ratio of 0.78 during this period. Greaves was a part of the England squad, which won the prestigious 1966 FIFA World Cup trophy.

Peter Osgood is an English professional striker who had two different stints for the the Blues. He graduated from Chelsea’s youth academy and represented the senior football team from 1964 to 1974. He followed this up by leaving to play for various teams like Southampton, Norwich City, and Philadelphia Fury before returning to the Blues in the 1978/79 season before deciding to hang up his boots. In his two separate stints at the club, Osgood scored a total of 150 goals for the Chelsea football club during his career in 380 appearances and ended his Chelsea career with a goals-per-game ratio of 0.40.

Roy Bentley is an English professional footballer who played as a forward throughout his career. He played for Chelsea from 1948 to 1956 while also representing various clubs throughout his career, including Bristol City, Newcastle United, Fulham, and Queens Park Rangers. However, the majority of his domestic career was spent while playing for English Premier League side. He made a total of 367 appearances for the club in all competitions and ended up scoring 150 goals for them at a goals-per-game ratio of 0.41. This makes Roy Bentley one of the top goal-scorers in Chelsea’s history.

Kerry Dixon is an English professional footballer who played as a striker throughout his career. Dixon represented various clubs throughout his career, such as Reading, Southampton, Luton Town, Millwall, and Watford, but the majority of his career was spent playing for the Chelsea football club. He played for the Blues from 1983 to 1992 and ended up making a total of 420 appearances for them across all competitions while scoring 193 goals. This puts his goals-per-game ratio during his stint with the Blues at 0.46. Kerry Dixon even tried his hand at being a manager and managed three teams during his managerial career.
Bobby Tambling is one of the biggest legends in Chelsea’s history. The English footballer played as a striker throughout his career. He is the second-highest goal scorer in the clubs history. Tambling ended up representing Chelsea from 1959 to 1970, scoring 202 goals in 370 appearances across all competitions at a goals-per-game ratio of 0.55. Bobby Tambling played for various clubs like Crystal Palace and Cork Celtic, but the majority of his career was spent playing for the Blues.
Frank Lampard is arguably the biggest legend in Chelsea’s history. He is regarded as one of the best midfielders of all time, and he is the top scorer in Chelea’s history despite being a central midfielder. Lampard played for various big clubs like West Ham United, Swansea City, and Manchester City, but it was while playing for the Blues that he gained legendary status. Frank Lampard ended up playing for the club from 2001 to 2014 and scored a total of 211 goals for them in 648 appearances at a goals-per-game ratio of 0.33.
