Samitier played for FC Internacional, Real Madrid, and OGC Nice during his career, but he spent the majority of his professional career playing for the Culers. He played on the international stage for Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Spain, Europe XI, and Catalonia. Paulino Alcantara is one of the biggest legends in Barcelona’s history and has a ridiculous goal-scoring record for them. The striker played for Catalonia, Philippines, and Spain on the international stage and played for just two teams in his domestic career. Alcantara represented the Philippines professional football club, Bohemian, towards the end of his career, but almost the entirety of his professional career was spent while playing for the Culers. Paulino Alcantara played for Barcelona between 1912 and 1927 and scored 407 goals for them in 405 games. This sets his goals-per-game ratio at a ridiculous 1.005, higher than anyone else on the list.
Lionel Messi is regarded as one of the greatest footballers of all time and is widely known as the most talented footballer known to mankind. The Argentine forward is also the biggest legend in the Culers’ history while also being their top scorer of all time. Lionel Messi was known for having represented just one club throughout his career but left Barcelona to play for Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Miami towards the end of his career. Messi played for the Culers from 2004 to 2021 and ended up scoring 672 goals for them in 778 games. This puts his goals-per-game ratio at a very impressive 0.86.
