Alvaro Morata signed up for the Serie A side of Juventus on 19th July 2014. He became a regular player for the Italian side and made 93 appearances for them in all competitions across 2 seasons. However, his standout performance came when Juventus played Morata’s former club, Real Madrid, in the UEFA Champions League semi-final. This makes him the highest-paid player at the Italian club, ahead of the likes of Ismael Bennacer and Rafael Leao. This contract earns Morata nearly $8.8 Million per year, which roughly translates to a salary of around $170,000 per week.
