The game between the Mumbai Indians and the Rajasthan Royals, which took place on 2nd April 2022 in Mumbai, was a very high-scoring game, but one bowler managed to shine. Jasprit Bumrah managed to pick up the wickets of Jos Buttler, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Shimron Hetmyer while conceding just 17 runs. However, despite his efforts, Rajasthan Royals managed to set a target of 194 for the Mumbai Indians to chase. Despite their best efforts, MI was only able to make 170 runs and ended up losing the game by 23 runs.
Jasprit Bumrah put on a spectacular show when Mumbai Indians went up against the Delhi Capitals on 31st October 2020 in Dubai. Delhi Capitals batted first but struggled to put a decent target on the board due to the exceptional bowling by Bumrah. The Indian pacer picked up conceded just 17 runs while picking up three wickets, including those of Rishabh Pant, Marcus Stoinis, and Harshal Patel. The Capitals managed to score just 110 runs in their 20 overs, a target which the Mumbai Indians chased down in just 14.2 overs at the loss of just one wicket.
Jasprit Bumrah put in another brilliant performance on 16th May 2018, this time against the Kings XI Punjab at the Wankhede stadium. Mumbai Indians batted first and managed to put up a decent total of 186. However, even this would have most likely been chased down if not for the brilliance of Bumrah. The Indian pacer picked up three wickets, including those of KL Rahul, Aaron Finch, and Marcus Stoinis, while conceding just 15 runs. This saw MI restrict KXIP to 183 runs, and they won the match with a slim margin of three runs.
The Indian pacer produced some of his best-ever bowling when he faced the Royal Challengers Bangalore on 28th October 2020 in Abu Dhabi. RCB batted first but was able to score only 164 runs thanks to a terrific performance by Bumrah, who conceded just 14 runs while picking up the wickets of Devdutt Padikkal, Virat Kohli, and Shivam Dube. Mumbai Indians managed to chase this target down in 19.1 overs and won the match with five wickets and five balls to spare.

The game between the Mumbai Indians and the Gujarat Titans, which took place on 24th March 2024 in Ahmedabad, saw Bumrah put in another one of his classic performances. Gujarat Titans batted first, and Bumrah picked the wickets of Wriddhiman Saha, Sai Sudharsan, and David Miller, who had conceded just 14 runs. However, the Titans still managed to score 168 runs, and this turned out to be too much for MI, who could make just 162 runs and lost the game by six runs.

Jasprit Bumrah has been performing spectacularly recently, but don’t forget that he has been doing so for quite a while now. This performance by Bumrah against Delhi Daredevils came all the way back in 2016. MI hit 206 runs, and when DD tried to chase this down, Bumrah picked up the wickets of Rishabh Pant, JP Duminy, and Amit Mishra while conceding just 13 runs to help the Mumbai Indians win the game by a huge margin of 80 runs.
The game between the Mumbai Indians and the Kolkata Knight Riders on 19th May 2017 was interesting, to say the least. KKR batted first, but Bumrah whipped an unrealistic performance, conceding just seven runs in his three overs while picking up the wickets of Chris Lynn, Robin Uthappa, and Suryakumar Yadav. This restricted KKR to a measly total of 107, a target that was easily chased down by the Mumbai Indians in just 14.3 overs.
Mumbai Indians batted first in the game against Rajasthan Royals on 6th October 2020 and managed to set a target of 194 for the Royals to chase down. While RR tried chasing down this total valiantly, Jasprit Bumrah was not going to just sit there and let it happen. The Indian pacer picked up the wickets of Steve Smith, Rahul Tewatia, Jofra Archer, and Shreyas Gopal to help MI bowl out the Royals for just 136 and win the game by 57 runs.
The second four-wicket haul that Jasprit Bumrah has managed in his IPL career came against the Delhi Capitals on 5th November 2020 in Dubai. Mumbai Indians batted first and managed to score 200 runs in the first inning. Any hope that DC had of chasing this down was snatched away by Bumrah, who picked up four wickets (Shreyas Iyer, Shikhar Dhawan, Marcus Stoinis, and Daniel Sams) while conceding just 14 runs to restrict DC to just 143 runs and make his team win.

The fifer Jasprit Bumrah picked up against the Royal Challengers Bangalore is the Indian pacer’s second-best bowling figure in his IPL career. RCB batted first, and Bumrah conceded just 21 runs in his four overs while picking up the wickets of Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis, Mahipal Lomror, Saurav Chauhan, and Vijaykumar Vyshak. Despite his efforts, RCB managed to reach a very high total of 196. However, Mumbai Indians came out swinging and chased the target down in just 15.3 overs.
Jasprit Bumrah’s first-ever IPL fifer still remains his best-ever figure in his IPL career. The Indian pacer achieved this frat against the Kolkata Knight Riders on 9th May 2022. KKR batted first, and Bumrah conceded just 10 runs while picking up the wickets of Nitish Rana, Andre Russell, Sheldon Jackson, Pat Cummins, and Sunil Narine to restrict KKR to a total of 165. However, despite Bumrah’s heroic performance, MI were bowled out for just 113 runs and ended up losing the game by 52 runs.
