Ravindra Jadeja Rumoured To Join THIS IPL Team Amid CSK Rift

Ravindra Jadeja, who missed the first two matches of India’s ongoing ODI series against West Indies is speculated to shift his alliances in the Indian Premier League. The all-rounder is rumored to end his long-standing relation with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and join arch-rivals Mumbai Indians.

Jadeja’s latest post on his official Twitter account saw him in a stylish pose flaunting a new look with caption, “Blue addiction [India flag].” The star all-rounder had tweeted it on Saturday and saw fans speak on his potential departure from the south based IPL franchise.

Fans found the post quite bizarre as the all-rounder was already ruled out of the first 2 ODIs against West Indies due to a knee injury. The BCCI had earlier tweeted, “Team India all-rounder Mr. Ravindra Jadeja has sustained an injury to his right knee and has been ruled out of the first two ODIs against West Indies. The BCCI Medical team is monitoring his progress and a decision on his participation in the third ODI will be taken accordingly.”

In the comments’ section of Jadeja’s latest post, fans got Mumbai Indians involved. There have been various rumors suggesting that the Indian all-rounder could change his IPL team ahead of the next season and is now rumored to wear the Blue and Gold of Mumbai in IPL 2023.

The strife between CSK and Ravindra Jadeja is well known public matter with fans aware about how things are not right between the Indian all-rounder and his current IPL franchise. He was also seen making a bold step earlier  and dropping a hint on his situation with the IPL outfit by deleting all his Instagram posts related to Chennai Super Kings from the past couple of seasons.

Many also believe that there is some ongoing tension between him and MS Dhoni. If the rumors are to be believed, the move makes sense for Ravindra Jadeja. The allrounder would look to play under India’s all format captain while looking for a new challenge after spending so much time with the Chennai based outfit. It would also be a very fruitful move for the most successful team in IPL history as Mumbai Indians heavily lacked a quality spinner in last edition. 

Rohit Sharma’s IPL side finished at the bottom of the 10-team table, managing to win only 4 out of 10 games. However, the inclusion of someone like Jadeja’s caliber is sure to sort out all the issues for the Ambani owned IPL franchise.
