Daniel Negreanu Reveals His 2022 WSOP Schedule

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) recently released its upcoming 53rd edition schedule. It sure looks exciting to every poker player, but the six-time WSOP bracelet winner Daniel Negreanu is particularly eager about the 2022 WSOP and has also shared his schedule for the most-awaited event of the year.

Much like other pros, Kid Poker is also counting down the days ahead of the world’s biggest and most prestigious poker festival. “It’s a daunting task, but I think they nailed it. The WSOP schedule has something for everyone from low rollers to high rollers, big bet players and mixed game lovers! Plenty of fun events sprinkled in there and even something for the online grinders,” Negreanu said while praising the WSOP organizers for tabling an incredible schedule.

Negreanu gave his followers a glimpse of his schedule on Twitter last week. “As usual, I’m going to put in a lot of volumes, focusing mainly on the high buy-in events and kicking it off with a new tournament, a $100,000 Bounty event! The one I look most forward to every year is the $50K Poker Players Championship,” he added.

The GGPoker ambassador reportedly plans on playing in 49 events out of the 88 bracelet events in the schedule. These include mixed game and highroller events. It seems like Negreanu has no plans of playing the $5,000,000 GTD opening ‘The Homecoming’ event. He will also reportedly skip the Colossus, Millionaire Maker, Monster Stack and Million Dollar Bounty, which comes with a hefty bounty of $1,000,000. 

Negreanu’s schedule suggests he is focusing on No-Limit Hold’em and mixed events like Dealer’s Choice, Poker Players Championship with an aim to grab WSOP bracelets.
