Earlier both Patni and Iyer shared their progress to Day on their respective Instagram handles.

Patni shared his bag of chips and wrote “Day 3 and in the money of the Championships event, 23 left!! Let’s go!!

Iyer had shared a picture of his stack stating, “26.5 BB in the bag for Day 3 of Asian Poker Tour Championships! 23 Left and $75,000 for #1. Leggooo!” (sic.)

Later India’s first solso WSOP bracelet winner, Iyer, informed his fans that he had been eliminated at the 20th spot via his Instagram story.

In the story Iyer also mentioned that he would be next heading to World Poker Championship (WPC)/South East Asian Poker Tour Hanoi Loyal 2022 taking place in Hanoi. Indian pros like Laksh Pal Singh and Shardul Parthasarathi among others are already in Hanoi grinding at WPC.

With Patni still in the grind at the Championships event, we wish him all the best. And GG, Iyer!
