APT Online: ‘Kiat. LEE’, ‘CowBaby’, ‘urawapoy’ among title winners

The 2nd edition of Asian Poker Tour (APT) Online Series is underway on Natural8 on the GGNetwork and is quickly nearing its end. A massive $10 million is guaranteed across 234 events and 124 have already completed giving out $6.2 million. Day 9 of APT closed with some of the biggest winners including ‘ Kiat. Event 131: High Roller Deep Stack $50K GTD

With a buy-in of $500 Event 131: High Roller Deep Stack pulled in 118 entrants on Natural8. Generating INR 56,050 in prize pool, money reached the top 17 places. Claiming the top prize along along with the APT Trophy was ‘Kiat. LEE’ who knocked out ‘dezhoudaleilei’ in heads-up and seized $12,224 while the latter earned $9,298 for finishing in the second place.

The buy-in to Event 134: High Roller rose to become $1,000 which was paid by 75 hopefuls hunting for the title. The top 11 players finished in the money before the event declared its ultimate champion. It was a tug of war at heads up with constant change in lead between ‘CowBaby’ and ‘Brtz’ until the former railed him out to capture $18,201 in first prize taking home the biggest payout on Day 9.

Powering through the field to take down Event 135: High Roller Turbo on Natural8 was ‘urawapoy’, joining the club of multi-winners. The buy-in to the event was $500 which garnered 101 entries, creating $47,975 in prize pool. Beating ‘dailydonation’ in heads-up, ‘urawapoy’ clinched to $11,312 for his victory while his opponent claimed $8,567 for settling in the second place.
