APT Ho Chi Minh 2022 Main Event: Final Table Live Updates

Tran Tuan Anh Wins Title After Three-Way Showdown

The final table of the APT Ho Chi Minh 2022 Main Event was epic, to say the least. The final table ended in a three-way showdown between Indian poker pro Amit Kaushik, and Vietnamese players Thein Ha and Tran Tuan Anh. The event ended with Tran Tuan Anh winning the hand and the APT Main Event title with a King-pair, and he walked home with a whopping prize money worth VND 2,707,930,000. The runner-up was fellow Vietnamese player Thein Ha who pocketed VND 1,804,780,000 in prize money. 

Amit Kaushik Busts In 3rd Place

Indian poker pro Amit Kaushik who entered the final table with the third-highest chip count, finished in the same spot. Kaushik busted in 3rd place for VND 1,254,590,000 (~ ₹42,50,313).

Tin Ngyuen And Kim Ki Woong Shown The Door:

Tun Nguyen has been eliminated at the seventh spot for VND 415,300,000 while Kim Ki Woong walked away at the sixth spot for VND 523,010,000.

Dinh Ngyuen Out At Eighth Spot:

Vietnam’s Dinh Ngyuen was eliminated at the eighth spot. He cashed VND 338,400.

The FT Main Event of  APT Ho Chi Minh 2022 is currently underway. The event had 722 entries, and has now condensed down to eight players at the Saigon Poker Club.
