Adda52 Ends 7-Year Association With Kunal Patni 

For the longest time, we have known poker pro Kunal Patni as the Adda52 Team Pro. But we may no longer hear Patni’s name associated with the brand. Adda52’s association with the investment banker turned pro has come to an end after seven long years.

Adda52 and Kunal Patni announced the end of their association via an Instagram reel showcasing pictures and videos of the pro as the Adda52 Game Ambassador over the years. The post read, “Thanking the ultimate Poker Pro Kunal Patni for taking up all the great responsibilities in our ventures together. As you leave the Adda52 Pro mantle, we wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Keep the game up and keep winning!”

Patni shared the video for a second time talking about his journey with Adda52 and expressing his gratitude towards the brand. The WPT Prime Cambodia 2022 $300 Deepstack NLH winner shared that Adda52 approached him to be a part of their Team Pro back in January 2015. He adds that back then he was a total newbie in the poker industry.

Expressing his gratitude, the pro wrote “I can never ever thank them enough for having so much faith in a total unknown commodity. Since then it has been an absolutely wonderful 7 plus years of association. It has been an absolute honor for me to be associated with them. Today, Patni is one of the most revered and loved players in the Indian poker circuit. After completing his MBA from IIFT Delhi, he worked as a private banker (wealth manager) for about 13 years before making the bold decision of quitting his job and pursuing his passion — poker. He hasn’t looked back ever since and has etched his name not only in the history of Indian poker, but also in the hearts of his fans, followers and fellow grinders.
