The 2021 World Series of Poker (WSOP) online bracelet events have witnessed some intense games of poker and dramatic wins so far. Event #25: $777 Lucky Sevens No-Limit Hold’em 7-Handed concluded yesterday after two days of power-packed action. Day 1 witnessed a total of 2,014 entries, out of which only the top 22 players made it to Day 2.
The $777 buy-in event did not have a pre-defined guarantee but managed to generate a prize pool of $14,86,634. USA’s David Jackson aka ‘ZONEDin’ emerged victorious by beating Romania’s Dumitru Pora aka ‘DDimancescu.’ Jackson walked away with his first-ever WSOP gold bracelet and $1,94,178 in prize money.
Seven players battled it out on the final table. The first casualty was Japan’s Masakazu Miyamoto aka ‘Brian-Miyamoto,’ who was busted by Pora at the seventh spot. Pora’s sent off Miyamoto’s when the board opened to . Miyamoto took home $27,740 in prize money.
Fellow Japanese player Ken Okada aka ‘ken@king’ was next in line. Okada’s king-jack off-suited fell short against Mike Watson’s seven-eight suited when Watson hit a pair on the board of . Okada walked away in sixth place for $38,366.
2021 WSOP Online Event #9 bracelet winner, Lucio Lima departed at the fifth place for $53,064. Pora’s overpowered Lima’s on the board.
