15L each for top two in January’s 2oK on Spartan

The Spartan Poker is a well-established site in the Indian online poker scenario and has deep roots in all corners of the country, from where poker fanatics line up to play in their exciting tournaments, series and events and always cash out big time.

2019 is going to be a spectacular year, with the first month of January itself being an action-packed affair on Spartan. They recently announced an exciting new promotion titled ‘Spartan Rewards Plus’ to run between Jan 1 – Mar 31, 2019 where 40% rake-back will be offered daily on cash tables during the above mentioned period. The tournament’s tagline goes “You win even if you don’t win”, which is an apt description because even if you come 2^nd, you earn the same cash prize the winner earns. Plenty of satellites are also being hosted on Spartan offering seats for the much-awaited 2.o.K tournament.

Last month’s 2.o.K was hugely successful, attracting a huge playing field of 1,056 entries with top 70 players finishing in the money with a min-cash of INR 10,454. Well known regular Ashish Ahuja aka ‘Spewushhhiiii’ and ‘light_house’ were declared as the two winners who each earned the coveted title and the humongous cash prize of INR 15 Lakhs. Ahuja spoke to Gutshot after his staggering achievement last month saying, “I was overwhelmed with great feelings as this my biggest win till date.”

The upcoming 2.o.K is expected to attract top talent and well-known regulars from across the country, as it does every month. The tournament is one of the gems of Spartan and has never failed to reach the hype that it has built up in the past. This tournamnet promises to start the year with a big smash.
